Below is a list of the current weekly classes.

September – October, 2017 ~ Weekly Classes
Newcomers, please call the teacher before attending.

Weekly Yoga Classes:
Ongoing yoga classes 90+ min:  $10 drop-in, $50 for 6 weeks. 
Yoga classes  under 90 min, $8 drop-in, $40 for 6 weeks. 

Hatha Yoga with Claire (613-628-1836).  Beginners welcome.
Hatha Yoga weekly classes: 
       
Mondays, 10 – 11:30 AM (Sep 11 – Oct 2, $40, register by Sep 6)
       Tuesdays, 6 – 7:30 PM (starts Sep 12, ongoing drop in)
       Wednesdays, 10 – 11:30 AM (Sep 13 – Oct 4, $40, register by Sep 6)
       Thursdays, 10 – 11:30 AM (Sep 14 – Oct 5, $40, register by Sep 6)
       Thursdays,  7 – 8:30 PM  (Sep 14 – Oct 5, $40, register by Sep 6) 

Restorative Yoga weekly classes:   
         Mondays,  2 – 3:15 PM  (Sep 11 – Oct 2, $30, register by Sep 6)

Therapeutic Yoga weekly classes:   
         Mondays,  6 – 7 PM  (Sep 11 – Oct 2, $30, register by Sep 6)

Hatha Yoga with Joanne (613-333-5534).  Beginners welcome.
          Wednesday evenings,  6 – 7:45 PM  (starts Sep 20, ongoing drop in)

Therapeutic Yoga, private sessions:
One hour private Hatha or Therapeutic Yoga sessions with Claire by appointment (613-628-1836).   $50 per session or special $120 for 3 sessions.

Tai Chi Beginner Classes:
Weekly classes.  Contact teacher for dates, prices, and registration.
